About the USA Immigration Program
The USA Immigrant Investor program is also recognized as EB-5. The United State Congress established it through the Immigration Act of 1990 (IMMACT90). The USA immigration program was launched to boost the U.S. economy by approving permanent residency to foreign nationals who are business experts, with the right to work in the U.S. after the required investment in an American commercial enterprise. In 1993, the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program was established by Congress to develop an interest in the EB-5 visa program.
Individuals interested in this program must be up to 18 years old, in good health condition, and without any trace of a criminal record.
