The individual is expected to have at least 50,000 British pounds in the bank for 90 days before application.

The individual will be granted a 3-year stay as soon as the application is granted. During this stay, if the individual meets the extension requirement, the same individual can then apply for an extension of stay and apply for a permanent residency in the future. There are government processing fees and professional fees attached to every option, apart from the minimum investments.

Representative of an Overseas Business Visa

Foreigners interested in opening a branch office of an established company are qualified to apply for this program with any minimum investment required. The applicant must not be a majority shareholder of the established business. Also, the business must have been active for at least a year. At first, the applicant will be granted a temporary visa for 3 years, which is extendable for 2 years.

When this Visa gets approved, the children of the applicant under 18 and the spouse of the applicant will be eligible to apply for a permanent stay. Also, after a year, the applicant can apply for British Citizenship.
